Monument Upgrade Platform description
The Monument upgrade platform is the third and highest level of available upgrade platforms for deep-space outposts. It allows for the installation of 1 Tier 1 improvement, 1 Tier 2 improvement and 1 Tier 3 improvement.
Note: The Foundation and Pedestal outpost upgrades are prerequisites for the installation of the Monument upgrade.
